Our Marketplace brings a centralized way to advertise all our local business members.  We now have a central hub like Amazon and others do today.  It is our Main street online community built exclusively for our businesses at no extra charge.  This provides promotion to your business without getting involved with the technology or shoulder extra costs.

Members will be listed in our Community Guide and have an opportunity to advertise in the publication.

The Chamber of Commerce, due to its “brand name recognition,” is usually the first point of contact when people are looking for information about a community, or looking to do business in a community. Each year we have thousands of inquiries from visitors or residents for referrals. We gladly give out business phone numbers and points of contact for member businesses.

Hermann bucks can be purchased through Peoples Savings Bank and redeemed at any participating business. The bucks are then deposited at any local bank like a check. (These make great Christmas gifts or bonuses to employees, promoting shopping in Hermann.)

NEW BUSINESS AND MEMBER GIFT BASKET & PUBLICITY PROGRAM

The Chamber promotes a new business by welcoming them to the community and offering a Ribbon Cutting ceremony, gift basket, and current membership fee waived. The gift basket serves as a way for existing members to share with a new business about their own businesses. Provide us with your brochure, coupons or special offers and we’ll include them in the gift baskets at no charge!

BUSINESS OF THE MONTH PROGRAM

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The Chamber works to build and strengthen the business community of Hermann daily.  We can help your business find a new location, give advice on how to start a new business endeavor, or provide up-to-date information on local and regional trends and state-wide programs.  The Chamber is a lead partner in the Growth in The Rural Ozarks (GRO) program beginning in 2020.  This grant program has the oversight and project management through the Community Foundation of the Ozarks.  Our mission is to design and launch community and economic development initiatives that will bring sustainable prosperity to our community.
